Momentum Health Center formally Advanced Health Institute Arlington Heights, truly sets itself apart from other chiropractic clinics by excelling at pain management and prevention! By advancing his education in soft tissue treatment and Chiropractic BioPhysics, Dr. Mike Dziurgot is able to treat a spine that is in a state of postural distortion (poor posture) and help a patient to have a healthier and optimal life while reducing their pain quickly and efficiently. Momentum Health Center wants to improve your quality of life and Chiropractic BioPhysics is one of the primary tools to ensure we do. For Dr. Mike, the best part about practicing chiropractic medicine is when a patient comes in and states that he helped them get aspects of their life back. He hears stories of patients being able to play with their children again or enjoy walking with their spouse. Other patients state that Dr. Mike has helped with their allergies or their digestive problems. For many patients, the best part about Dr. Mike’s care is that he gives them the ability to get off medications because the pressure was removed on their spinal cord.
